Nature Connections: Vertebrates

 , , ,

For the Family Nature Connection Open to the Public

Folks from the Center for Functional Anatomy and Evolution at JHU School of Medicine want you to learn the importance of growing a backbone. Come meet the 5 groups of vertebrates: fish, mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians. Though different, they share one key trait: a spine. Let’s delve into the evolutionary relationships of these groups through the lens of Maryland wildlife and fossils.

The program is free, but for planning purposes, we ask that you RSVP.
